CNN is reporting their count is at 219, which would pass it. But that is only 19 Republicans out of 232 that would pass it. So I wouldn't say it is many members. Though most of those 19 are not a hard yes, or they could bypass Boehner today and get the vote. Peter King tried this a week ago, but couldn't get them to commit to actual record their vote to do it. If they were a hard yes today, it would happen, as Peter King would try again.
As it gets closer to Oct 17th, you could see these Blue State Republicans start to harden up though.
