No, honestly speaking, the VA will indeed work 8 hours/day and the day will be target-based as such that a work truly requires xxx hours to complete (the buyer and I will talk on Skype or other messengers to calculate what is the number of work hours required to complete a project and the buyer will pay only that much money). So no cheating. |
