We have a better solution than Screen Recording. The cons of screen recording is that the file size of the video recording of the work of 8 hours/day will be so huge that it will be very difficult to upload for us and download and verify the work for you.
The better solution is that at first you and I will chat over Skype or ICQ about what your job is and then we will decide how much work can a person do in 8 hours and we will assign that much work as a daily target for the worker. This target basis work will ensure that you are indeed getting 8 hours of work everyday. This is better than screen recording. |
