ACWM, the affiliate program for XloveCam.com has several XML parsers available for our affiliates to work with. There are several pre-made programs that can be installed on your server and customized by you to promote our webcam program -- each of them has database functions for your server to create a dynamic affiliate website from our XML -- each also has a parsing program that you could separate and use too.
