The firm that loaned the money loaned it to the company, there's no reason for him to feel personal liability based on that.

The loan goes with it but you don't then pay 600 million and assume 300m loan. It nets out to pay 300m assume 300m for total of 600m. Personal corporate or whatever the loan is still a large monetary issue.
