Now that Fabian Thylmann has been deposed as the face of Manwin, where will the company go from here?
According to Mike South, the new boss will likely be the old boss (Mansef holdovers), along with people from the recently acquired/merged RedTube:

Manwin Changes Coming Soon

If you look back at Sep 23 HERE you will see where I said more big layoffs were forthcoming at Manwin, Friday those layoffs happened. I have heard as few as 70 and as many ass 200 lost their jobs at the company.
But this is just the beginning? I told you that Feras Antoon and David Tassilo, the CEO and CFO respectively of Manwin were looking for funding to buy out Fabian. Manwin didn?t have the money or the assets to leverage, even though they wanted Fabian out.
Along comes RedTube.com, one of the few popular tubesites not owned by Manwin, it was initially reported as a buy but I quickly found out that it was a merger, a merger that provided Manwin with much needed capital including the 100M used to buy out Fabian.
Long term look for redtubes owner to take the front man position at Manwin but it wont be called Manwin.
Yes you read that right on or around this coming Friday Manwin will change its name and it?s corporate headquarters.
They are also going to further break the company up into smaller companies in a effort to distance those copanies from the new focus on the main revenue stream?.the tubesites. This may also be a way to try to protect assets from lawsuits that word is, are coming.

So who is RedTube's owner?
Answer: Bright Imperial Ltd of Hong Kong (they won a major lawsuit on appeal that allows for the current tube-style business model)
Given their track record of abusing copyrights, paying uploaders, etc., I am not optimistic about seeing any significant improvements at Manwin, and expect that they will cloak themselves even further in secrecy (since they have a lot to hide).
