Also the "dedicated 8 hours a day" was questionable, especially with so much work consisting of fixing or re-doing stuff, the amount of holidays was stunning too. We had to claim extra hours and soon after terminate the contract.

Apart form that one exception it was bad or very bad, wouldn't go for another round.

Not discriminating, but the only way to consider this again would be to get a personal recommendation from somebody I trust. But then again that would have to be somebody with skills to offer and a decent knowledge of English, which doesn't put him into the $400 a month bracket.
