So does this mean that all black people are criminals? I would argue that much of it is a racial bias. According to the WSJ black men are typically given prison sentences that are 20% longer than white men.

According the the ABC news black men make up 35.4% of the prison population with white men making up 32.9% and Hispanics making up 17.9% so it looks like your 65% number might be a little off.

Here is some interesting information based on a few different states. In one of the studies they found that one out of every 33 black men charged with a crime ends up in prison while one out of every 205 white people charged end up in prison. A more interesting state is lower down on the page where they show the percentage of the population that is three strikes offenders. 44.7% of black inmates are there on their third strike while only 25.4% of white inmates are. It seems like what we have is a smaller group of black criminals that continue to re-offend over and over again while white people are more likely to get out and stay out.

Ultimately, I know you don't care about any of this. You have made up your mind, but to me it seems like the system might be slanted more heavily against black people. I'm not saying they don't commit crimes, but it seems like if you are black and commit a crime the odds are you are going to jail where if you are white the odds are in your favor that you won't.
