With the prices of some of the themes out there and what reputable designers these days are willing to work for? I'd actually suggest that you just find somebody that knows what they are doing and employ them to design exactly what it is you are looking for. Communicate with them directly and get your point across. Get your project DONE instead of getting something that still needs a shit ton of modification
