Regarding current recurring/always new subscribers, the entire third party billing account Zombaio would be transfered to you/your company, so sure no one would start from the scratch. You would immediatelly start to collect the monthy profits and not loose any of the members/recurring subscribers!
Thats normal "beginnners" stuff when trespassing assets, nevertheless i feel i shall mention it to putaside any doubts.
