Surely this means the wars with Iran, Syria and Lebanon have been suspended for now, so with Afghan and Iraq coming towards the end, they need another big payday, they've discovered that public opinion is completely anti-war, so now they move away from 'Attack' and back to so-called 'Defense' to justify their pay bonanza
