Our mortgage isn't actually that bad. We have a large house, but put down a large bit and we already owned the property (we have acreage). My boat payment is almost what the mortgage is.

I would 86 the boat, fast. Most people who own them don't use them enough to justify it. Is it one you can charter out when you ain't using it, maybe? If you're not using it all of the time I would sell it and charter one whenever you do need one.. Boats are about the worst thing you could ever own, ever, if it ain't earning for you.. Anyway, without that payment you could make doubles on the mortgage and satisfy it in 1/4 of the time or less (I think)
