will be? most of the south prisons are privately owned by the sheriffs in those.. ridings.. countys!
all this is alive and well, and currently very much in development
now we're seeing more stories of kids leaving school, and being taken to jail for 'gun hand signs' etc
I think someone here is arguing that prisons should be for rehabilitation.. i wonder what he thinks of a 7 year old in a jail cell for a 'gun sign'
