Some email providers might blacklist an IP range, geolocation, message type or a whole other wide array of an inbound post. For instance, I know that I cannot send a project to some clients when I have .com in the file name. You might find that a few years ago, Clickcash got hit with 1000s of spam emails from Yahoo accounts, so they just did a blanket ban across all Yahoo emails.
Even if you sent it out, it does not mean that they received it.
In business, you should assume the best of people until evidence otherwise supports the negativity. So make a Gmail account, send your emails from that, if you don't get the reply time you expect, post on this forum detailing the situation. I'm guessing that because an affiliate manager is actually replying, you're not being avoided, so just use a new email and see what happens.
