During an investigation the Inspector General was unable or unwilling to answer questions about the embezzled government funds. He was"confused, disoriented, unable to answer questions and exhibited other behavior that led the Board to question his capacity to serve."
If they didn't do this, you would have turned around and complained that the Inspector General may have taken part in the embezzled funds. Either way Republicans will bitch.
