Responsible ad networks have no issue with terminating piracy sites, responsible ad networks also don't specifically seek out publishers on known piracy webmaster hangouts like WJunction.
Plugrush has a piracy problem, however seems unable to transparently deal with it. There is no plausible explanation for Plugrush to want to continue to run ads on reported infringing sites unless there is some financial benefit to Plugrush for doing so.

You are not doing yourself any favours by posting this crap on GFY, You should have just sent Plugrush DMCA requests or tried harder to contact them privately, This whole thread is a clusterfuck which you seem to like doing to yourself and your campaign.
