The problem I see here is even if plugrush cooperates completely, everyone will swtich to exoclick and if you get exoclick to cooperate which I doubt.(They advertise for piratebay)
Then their is always another alternative network. You're just opening competition.
Now that plugrush doesn't accept piracy, someone on wjunction can go ahead and open up their own adult ad network.
This is a battle that cannot be won. You shut one website down another will pop up. Even if you managed to shut down every file locker, people will just begin pirating and seeding your porn. There is no way around it.
People will create invite only forums, host the websites off shore, find new ways to monetize.
