Not like they grow on trees or spring up in season or anything. But when it comes to finding a reliable person who understands the task at hand, it's pretty hard to find the right person.

What did you end up doing in terms of finding a compadre' to work with your site in order to lessen the workload of simple moderation tasks?

Reason I ask is that I'm looking for someone and don't know whether to go the paid route, or just find some college kid that doesn't mind moderating a porn site in his spare time but knows what he's doing..

Any advice?
