If you're going to donate, I would only do so with the Red Cross. But even they are getting skimmed heavily just to operate there. Food and supplies get taken from them, re-sold, and so on. It's a tragic situation. It's African and Haiti level corruption, but in SE Asia.

Best that can happen to be honest is the USA or UN send in troops and aid to help them directly. In terms of money reaching it's target there, this is Haiti all over again.

Red Cross will do! But NGO's can't be! there are lots of NGO's which scamming their own kind and all of NGO's are being suspended recently due to PDAF scandal in the senate for ghost projects of NGO's.
