Network services have been operational since yesterday in Ormoc City, Leyte as well in the following areas in Western Samar: Calbayog City, Calbiga, City of Catbalogan, Daram, Gandara, Jiabong, Macrohon, Matuguinao, Paranas (Wright), San Jose de Buan, Santa Margarita, Tarangnan, Villareal.

Dude all power in your area has been restored!
Exactly. Our government deployed early yesterday AM. Anyone who follows the news like I do, knows that help is already there. But the 'check' issue is a moot point. A direct deposit would do better (and should've been set up from the get-go [I.e., 3rd World Country]).

Now let's get to the real point. World War Fucking THREE. Now *that's* a real fucker. Mother Nature is pissed, sure enough, but let's not forget the humans destroying each other, let alone Nature being pissed off.

Bring it! (Who's get beer..!)
