Lucas131, I do appreciate your interest in this matter. I have explained to lovelyhook several times via e-mail why this information is needed to demonstrate the marketing method(s) that they used to promote our services.
This matter will be resolved once we can verify the marketing that was used complied with our posted T&C. To do this, we have asked that lovelyhook provide an example of their marketing in action. That's all.
