@armysmoke - site has been running appx. 5 months now and I have not sold any ad spots purposefully so that if i chose to sell the site, whoever bought it could capitalize on that. i have been contacted a ton to buy ad spots, which is the best way to monetize the site. You can put revolving banners in the script in 8 spots - so the potential is HUGE!
Also there is a page for links which you can also capitalize on selling which I have not sold on purpose as well. With the inquiries on ad spots and quotes I have given people, if you were to go the route which I will go if the site doesn't sell for what it is worth, I am looking at cashing in on around 50k/month which as the site ages will undoubtedly grow.
