A good domain with the right guy behind it does. I own 505 .coms from 1998-2013. I have (38) fully developed sites between mainstream/adult. Most of the ones I have sold for x,xxx-xx,xxx were parked for many years as they were categorized to sell as I determined I wasn't the right guy to develop them. I have many domains worth xx,xxx parked right now.
