I'm anti-union. The people that work for me don't want a union. They are paid competitively, have better than average benefits and work their shift in a safe and pleasant environment. Last year we gave 2 across the board raises and the largest Christmas bonuses we ever gave.
This year we doubled the bonus.
There is a precise reason why people like me do run companies. You'd not understand even if it were explained. So you are excused.
