Who Here Meditates?
I was speaking to a guy this morning that swears by meditation. Reckons he does it about 2 hours a day (where the fuck he finds time I don't know). He is also into this new age mantra, crystals, out of body stuff as well.
Anyway, does anyone here do meditation and what do you get out of it?
