Put a plastic bag over you head. Breathe.
Starting to feel suffocated? Keep the bag on your head.
Now it's hot and steamy in the bag, no oxygen... resist the urge to pull the bag off. Keep it there for another minute.
Head hurting now... panic probably setting in... you'll do anything at this point to breathe, but keep it there a few more seconds...
Lungs are burning, you're breathing faster and faster but getting no oxygen... fear of passing out and dying is very real at this point... couple more seconds...
Ok, now take the bag off.
That first breath of air? THAT is what divorce feels like.
