The sponsors you're using who don't use CCBill as their credit card processor and you're seeing lots of rebills, compared to the sponsors who use CCBill and you're seeing fewer rebills, is likely because -- the sponsors who don't use CCBill are in a lot of cases companies with much better programs, more content, better content, their own processing / merchant accounts / less scrubbing / etc. So obviously you're going to see better rebills %'s with those companies and it has little to do with CCBill themselves.
