I was watching a show today about animal rescuers and they said that in the last year they have had to rescue hundreds of seal pups off Cali's coast.. They are all starving to death because their isn't any fish for them to catch. They claimed to not know the reason for the lack of fish, but I'd suspect it rather obvious...
