rebills and signup ratios are lower with ccbill but the problem is they actually pay. I tried to run some stats on non ccbill processed sites. hard to do cause some processors use them in a rotation but when I factor in the ones who haven't paid it ends up being close enough to not really worry about it. That being said why do some of the top sites use them still? Seems like ccbill is a great option for the solo site or the smaller niche site.
