I still don't have any e-mails from AK.
I still don't have any official complains from AK or any rights holders (we had two in the past year that was processed in due time and by the book and they had nothing to do with AK or Copy Control Pty).
I still don't know what content rights AK owns and acts upon or what companies gave him power of attorney, but seeing how he's dodging the question again and again, I can only come to the conclusion that the reality is that he represents no-one.

I am a rights holder myself, my company owns exclusive and non-exclusive licenses for several terabytes of content. So we do not in any way want to profit from or be affiliated with pirates. For sure!

In the non-beta version of easyXsites, you can report a site and the owner (and support) will have an open ticket so they can act on it. If they don't we will.

So no, we won't act on reports made on GFY with no actual documentation that it's the rights holder complaining, but rather point people to where they can create a real report and provide the proper documentation. I will double check this with legal later today, but I think they will tell me to stop responding to public allegations and wait for an official complaint.
