You want a porn CMS (Content Management System). I would have recommended PornCMS but the owner seems to be totally mental, so can't. He posts lies about people and seems very unstable.
Elevated X is the best out there, but may be more than you want to pay. But it is excellent.
Failing that, get a tame webmaster to set you up on wordpress with a members' area plug in.
But...unless you have multiple sources of traffic, I fear you may be disappointed with the results you get. Sadly, this isn't field of dreams and if you build it they totally won't come. You need traffic.
