Don't forget - to create a great 240p video, make sure you re-encode as many times as possible. eg. take the 1080p source video and encode it in 720p WMV, then 480p MP4 etc. etc. If you do this 5-6 times before your final 240p delivery video, you'll have great mobile-ready content!
