To me it seems that Obama was hoping that the liberal press would over look his lies about Obamacare like they have overlooked so many other things. I never liked it, I knew it was a bad plan and I'm tired of the excuses. I'm convinced that no one knew exactly what was in the bill when they passed it, only that they thought it would be a legacy they wanted to be part of. Now we are stuck with a law that when all the delays that have been put on it by the president kick in, it's just going to get worse. There are a lot of unemployed people out there and that should be the presidents focus, not trying to figure out the best way to pay off his contributors like he did with Solyndra

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
