Google likes the following:
1) Admit you were horrifically wrong
2) Repent
3) Ask Forgiveness
4) Tell them you will never do wrong again
If you covered those 4 items, you should be ok.

Well, waiting for a month is a bit too much for such an important issue when we dont even know what the problem is, let alone find a solution that will appease the 800 pound gorilla.

you are on to something bro.
OK, here we go.
Miracle of miracles, I got a reply from google in past few minutes

But they said that site still does NOT meet their quality guidelines, is too sneaky and hence will ramain out of index.

However, they also pointed me to go to
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Webmasters?hl=en and do some digging.
Thats what I did and guess what? It does seem like google is suddenly mighty annoyed with plugrush.
The OP, ruriko - this dude has done some pretty heavy lifting on the forums trying to figure out what the heck is the problem. Go to that forum, do a search for plurush and take a look. It seems like the mention of plugrush widget is more than enough to get deindexed. I will remove it completely and resubmit the request.
And one last thing - I did disable mobile redirects from within plugrush control panel and noticed that even 5 days later my sites were still being redirected! I then manually removed the mobile redirect code and resubmitted another request - which has been denied. - possibly because the widget was still there.
