Hmm.Well let's ponder that one.
In the UK, people don't walk into schools, churches, movies or malls and do massive amounts of damage, except in very rare and unusual cases (Hungerford). However, in America it happens once a month or so.
Guns are banned here, and encouraged in the US.
Nope, not much you can do to stop that kind of shooting.
