Have you considered using slave labour? I hear slaves are pretty cheap. Perhaps you could abduct them from local villages and keep them chained to the computer. Then why stop at 8 hours a day? As long as you give them a few hours to sleep, who's to care?
Forgive my sarcasm - simply my way of saying that perhaps you should aim to treat the women you employ well (and yes, that means paying them a decent wage) because they're... the basis of your entire business model. Just a thought.
