What i can't understand is why someone who has just had this happen to them, hasn't got a group of people together, went back to the area where these "patrols" are happening, and beat the living shit out of them.

I'm pretty sure if we had such areas up here, they wouldn't have the luxury of doing what they do without retaliation...
