I agree with some of what you said except that in this case they are allegedly protesting the actions of individuals - not government bodies or regulations. Their rights to protest end where another individual citizen's right to freedom of association and economic freedom begins. When they protest against individuals and the businesses of individuals that is harassment and they should stop or be charged.

So what if someone was born muslim and the muslim faith is against alcohol? Should individuals not be free to follow the teachings of their religion or not? I was born christian but I do not follow all of the christian teachings and rules and I would be pretty pissed off if someone harassed me because of it.

Like I said before if they are against the sale of alcohol they have to protest against the government and not against individuals even if those individuals are muslim. Their religion does not give them the right to interfere with the personal lives of other people.
