Don't underestimate the weight of a president's choice to say "go". Everyone was telling him not to do the raid on Bin Laden's compound. It was a giant political risk that a lot of people wouldn't have had the nuts to do.

I read something on a military website where he would actually ask members of the military that served directly to him, like the guards on the helicopter how family members were doing, by name.
Name a president that you think wouldn't have said go!
And remember that Bush had the almost full support of the house and senate when he went to war in Iraq, that was not bipartisan one bit. We were in such bad place after 9/11 it was easy to go to war with another country.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
