I need an adult social network (regular/blogging/image/whatever) where:
- users can follow your content, so when you post new content, your followers see the update
- you can promote your profile/page/group/whatever within the network with cheap advertising

So far I know about:
vk.com - advertising system is in Russian, WTF ?
twitter - very expensive

Any other ?
