You're right.
It would seem that LGBT groups are misguided then. I don't trust anything I see on "Fox/CNN/BBC" btw, but there are vocal proponents in the LGBT community who are calling foul on this law and see it as I described, so I accepted that.
I've also heard though that homophobia is strong in Russia. Is that so?
