1. This 17 year old "boy" is a little bitch for telling police.
2. I am happy the police believe in equal rights and are not treating this any different then if the genders were reversed and it was a male teacher having sex with an under age female. I say throw the book at her and hopefully she will spend time in prison. But most likely the Judge will not believe in equal rights and will just give her probation or a short jail sentence instead of a similar sentence that would be handed down if the genders were reversed.
