I've been using JuicyAds for about 6 weeks. For the most part, I get the traffic that I pay for. Sometimes a little less, but sometimes a ton more. I'm sure if I had better banners my mileage would vary.
I'm looking at other options too to mix it up, but so far I'd say juicyads is pretty dependable.
