It depends by source and card, and time of the year, but yes $5 per card is common. Given how many are available by certain carders I get at times, I think it is possible to get batch of cards even for cheaper. I suppose because at times I get carders who just want to chat cam girls and not even into trying to get back affiliate money. These are from 3rd (or 4th) world, and would not even pay $5 per card there, because it happens that they try 5-10 cards all of which work on the biller, we catch and close account he made new one new card and so on. At $5+ per card, that would still mean $50+ he spent in stolen cards to try chat a cam girl just for entertainment (funny to say, but hard to get even from 1st world people to spend $50... unlikely the guy from indonesia, palestine etc. does), I think these guys paid cents only per card, like $5 for 100 cards pack.
