Of course - most cars here after 2 years are either after crash or with fake mileage. German buys new A6, drives it on autobahn for 2 years putting 220k on it and suddenly car is for sale in poland with 70k

As for crashed, there are of course some butchers that fix cars and they leave 4 lines in the snow when driving straight but it's all good if the car is fixed properly.
