They weren't terrorist? You mean they weren't terrorist because they were fighting the soviets. They had however kidnapped and killed a US ambassador to Afghan but they weren't terrorist.. LoL
Funny how when they fought against the US enemy they were freedom fighters but when they fought against the US they were terrorist. They were always Islamist extremist, in fact the CIA even used that to get more jihadist into the fight against the Soviets from other Arab countries. Do you even know what Mujahideen means? We propped them up and funded them and then almost soon as the Soviets leave we invade Iraq and then wonder why the Islamist extremist attacked us.. Suddenly then it's ok to call them terrorist.. You act as if there were some great amount of time in which Islamist came into power.. Umm hello that's who we funded.
