Download GUIMiner-scrypt
Create a new "CG Miner" in GUIminer-scrypt
Input the following information into GUIMiner-scrypt:
Host: 127.0.0.1
Port: 9332
Username: user
Password: pass
Use stratum: No
Extra flags: --auto-fan
For the rest of the options, you can lookup the optimal settings for your GPU here
Open the ApeCoin client again
Start mining!
You should see "xxx khash/s" in the right corner of the GUIMiner-scrypt window if you did it right. Also, don't mine on laptops and remember to check on your GPU temperatures, i use Open Hardware Monitor.
