I did a MechBunny template design for him, for his site FreakyClips.com, my job was to do the design and have the implementation into MechBunny completed -- that's what I was asked, that's what was agreed upon.
Then on top of that, Konrad, from what I was told was programming all the additional features to make the site into a Clip Store and from what I knew was going to implement his side of things once I was finished on my end.
Once the design / implementation was completed I sent it to him (saleen42) to approve, and he wrote back confused about why the Clip Store functions weren't working. I just assumed that was obvious, and said that was Konrad's part of the project and that he'd add all that when he was completed. He wasn't able to understand that, and kept going on that he wasn't paying twice for the implementation -- and it didn't matter how many times I explained it, he couldn't grasp that he Konrad implementing his work was something entirely separate from what we did.
There's still $200 owing on the project (plus I had to pay for the implementation out of my pocket, because I have someone else do that part) and it's been almost a month now, he ignores all attempts to contact him and he has been given several notices that I was going to post this issue on GFY. So here we are.
Here's the finished template
