Seems they're up for me.

They almost got me to jump ship this summer when they had their bad week. Still though, I've got few complaints. I've had an account with them for years and the only time I've had an issue was over the summer...
HG's pretty spot on with their service, I have to say that 99.9% up time is what they deliver.

As well, there are tons of other companies out there who suck donkey balls. Host Gator is pretty alright when it comes down to it.
