I don't know if it's the same in Windsor, but around here most of the strip bars seem to be owned by Hell's Angels. Seems like they can't be involved in anything without it looking shady. Which is strange considering how many arson attempts they've had over the years. With the amount of insurance money they've gone through they should look brand new with all the renovations. Here's one of my favourites.
